How do I join?TripGram is free to join. Sign up on our homepage and we’ll let you know when we are ready to welcome new members.
What locations can I use TripGram in?TripGram Beta is currently only available for destinations that are only a short drive or train ride from the New York metropolitan area. We will be launching around additional cities soon.

We would also love to hear your general comments and questions, as we are always looking to improve our product and experience for our customers.
How does TripGram ensure quality?All TripGram partners are subject to a rigorous quality assessment and continuous monitoring. We will feature only those partners that meet our highest standards.
Reservations
When do I receive my confirmation for booking?You will receive a confirmation email after your purchase. You can also check your bookings on the my account page. If you have any additional questions concerning your booking, email us at [email protected]
What taxes and fees are included in each purchase?TripGram collects hotel taxes and property fees on behalf of our partner hotels. We will note these taxes and fees in the additional information section for each getaway.
Can I cancel or modify a reservation after I book?Since our getaway options are last minute, all reservations are prepaid in full and are nonrefundable. However, we will do our best to accommodate your requests in times of emergency or other extenuating circumstances.
How do I find my current and past reservations?You can easily check on reservations by visiting the my account page to review all of your current and past reservations.
How do I book a room under another person's name?Before you confirm your purchase, there will be a box where you can write in any additional information. Please add the names that will be associated with each room if different from your own. If you need to change the names after you book, email us at [email protected]
How do I book multiple rooms?In order to book to multiple rooms of the same type, you can enter in the quantity you would like to book on the checkout page.
Do I need to bring anything with me in order to check in?We suggest bringing a copy of the purchase confirmation you received via email. You can also find your reservation on the my account page. The hotel will require a valid photo ID and any valid credit card in order to check in (for incidentals). It does not have to be the one used for purchase on TripGram.
Who do I contact if I have specific questions about the hotel?Please contact the hotel directly for any questions about the hotel that are not encompassed by TripGram’s getaway offering. Keep in mind that the front desk may not have working knowledge of TripGram’s offer.
What should I do if the hotel has no knowledge of my reservation?Immediately after booking, the hotel may not be aware of your reservation until they have received our sales list. We confirm all reservations with the hotel before your check in. Although the front desk may not have working knowledge of TripGram’s offer, your reservation is still valid. If the hotel cannot locate your reservation upon check in, please email us at [email protected], and we will resolve the issue.
Sharing
How do I invite a friend to become a member?We encourage you to share TripGram with your friends. We invite members to join our beta in the order that they sign up. You can share specific getaways on TripGram through Facebook, Twitter or email by clicking the respective buttons on the offering page.
Can I gift a TripGram experience to a friend?Absolutely! Simply enter your friend’s name in the additional information section on the checkout page. Keep in mind that your friend will need to present a valid photo ID and credit card in order to check in (for incidentals). It does not have to be the one used for purchase on TripGram. We currently do not sell TripGram gift cards, although we plan to in the future.
Can I suggest hotels and locations?Of course! We would love to hear from you and will take all of your recommendations into consideration. Please email us at [email protected] to share your recommendations with us.
